1. General

The terms and conditions set forth below apply to all visitors of the website (hereinafter referred to as the «Website») operated by CSCMP Roundtable Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as «CSCMP»).

Any legal relationship established between CSCMP and the users of CSCMP’ Website is subject to substantive Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes in connection with such legal relationship is Feusisberg (Switzerland).
