Sustainability And Green Logistics

CSCMP Roundtable
Date: Wednesday, 23 October 2019 17:30 - 21:00

Venue: Accenture, Stadthausquai 15, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland

There is not a day, we do not hear the buzzwords; sustainability, environmental friendly, green supply chain.

The concept of a “green” supply chain is to integrate environmental thinking into supply chain management. This goes further than just making sure CO2 levels are minimized for logistics processes.

Green logistics and supply chains need a clear and thoughtful developed strategy to implement actions to improve sustainability on all levels of a supply chain. Not only from a operational perspective but also from a legal and environmental protection.

However, the big question is, how can we keep profitability up while implementing potential cost related measures. CSCMP Roundtable Switzerland is addressing these questions in the upcoming event on Sustainability and Green Logistics at the Future Camp of Accenture in Zurich on Wednesday, 23rd of October 2019.

High level speakers will focus on the topic from a practical, legal and strategic point of view and share their experience and knowledge with the audience.

The event closes with a network gathering and Apero to discuss among supply chain professionals.

We look forward welcoming you on 23rd of October 2019. Sign up now to secure your space at the event.
