 Paul Scholten

Paul brings innovation and extraordinary value to the E2E supply chain solutions he leads. As Senior Director within Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain’s Strategy & Deployment team, his focus is on flawless E2E supply chain execution across the globe, along with a commitment to the strategic plan horizon. Known as a visionary in his field, Paul has built teams and delivered results especially in highly diverse, complex environments.

 After joining Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland in 12 years ago, he has held leadership positions in Logistics and Manufacturing shifting to E2E Supply Chain since last year; with prior experiences within Newell Brands, UPS and Unipart in France, Germany and the UK.

 Paul earned his MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University (UK) and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Utrecht Faculty of Economics and Management (Netherlands). He has also achieved numerous leadership training qualifications.

 A life-long outdoor sports enthusiast, Paul’s energy and positive outlook is fueled by running, mountain biking, tennis, golf and skiing.

Thomas Kofler is founder and managing partner of Symmetry Services AG, a consulting company focusing on logistics, SCM and global trade management in context with digitalization.

Thomas has a remarkable software sales and business development record as well, being responsible for business development and sales for various SaaS companies from the SCM and Global Trade Management space.

His last position was VP of Strategic Business for OLAM Foundation, a start up company in the SCM space with solutions based on Blockchain.

Thomas managed large IT projects in the logistics industry all over the world in particular Europe and Asia. He has an MBA from the University of Dallas/TX (USA) and is a frequent speaker on topics such as logistics, SCM and trade compliance at conferences, seminars, and similar events.

Henrik has more than 10 years’ experience within Supply Chain Management and holds a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Linköping, Sweden.

Henrik is based in Lucerne, Switzerland and is currently responsible for the Global Process Design & Systems Solution for the B2B Supply chain as well as part of designing and executing MSD’s new digital transformation strategy.

He recently moved from an operations role where he was responsible for the End to End Supply Planning Team for MSD´s Oncology, Immunology and Diversified Brands supply chains. Prior to that Henrik held several roles within a Global Supply Chain Management transformation project to build MSD’s future Supply Chain Capability, including process and organizational design as well as implementation of a new planning system.
